It is the heating system with the most controllability combined with a modern and elegant radiator design. Reservations

Subject to our terms and conditions homes may be reserved at a set price for a 6 week  period. The reservation fee is deductible from the completion account. In the event that the reservation does not proceed to completion this reservation fee will be retained by the developer to cover administration and legal costs. We regret that we can only accept reservations and deposits from buyers whose current properties are under offer or who can demonstrate that they would not be reliant upon external funding for their purchase.

Equality Act 2010

Whilst our apartments are not designed specifically for the disabled, they are constructed to the standards of Approved Document M of the 2015 Building Regulations. In accordance with the requirements of the above Act will make special provision wherever possible to accommodate disabled buyers either directly or through our associates Wealden Mobility.
